Cancellations & No Shows: Our practice takes great pride in reserving your appointments and respecting your time when the appointment is reserved for you. However, if you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. New patients that do not cancel with a 24-hour notice will be charged $150. Existing patients that do not cancel with a 24-hour notice will be charged $100. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. All new and follow-up appointments will be charged to your credit card at the time of scheduling.

Late Arrivals: In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the late cancellation fee will be applied as described above. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see their provider.
